Thanks and goodbye
Dear reader,
Welcome to
Medular, the blog of the Manifesta 8 Art Mediation Department. Manifesta 8 has come to a close on the 9th of January 2011.
During Manifesta 8 this blog functioned as the dynamic guide of our Department and of the activities under development. From today onwards it is no longer being updated, though we will leave it online for those who are interested. (for up to date info and contacts for Manifesta please see

Manifesta 8 has been interesting, challenging, moving, but perhaps above all a learning experience.
We would like to thank our colleagues and collaborators from other departments and institutions for their ideas, support and feedback. But above all we’d like to thank everyone who participated in our guided tours, workshops, seminars, talks and projects; a big thanks to all 10.383 of you, you’ve made the experience truly worthwhile.
