Workshop Manifesta 8 Education

For their final project of the seminar 'Manifesta 8: contemporary art, audiences, mediation and participation' the collective 1/2 consisting of Leonor Hernández, Julieta Varela and Nemi Ferrara developed a workshop at the Centro Cultural Puertas de Castilla in the framework of the exhibition Capturing the invisible by Colectivo Aver. The workshop was develop for students of the IES Infante Don Juan Manuel in collaboration with members of Colectivo Aver.

Thea Unteregger, Manifesta 8 Education

Thea Unteregger studied Art History in Vienna and Innsbruck and holds a postgraduate degree in Education and Museums, she is a mother of three. Since 1993 she works as a freelance Art Mediator at various museums and exhibitions in Italy and Austria. She teaches Art Mediation in courses and seminars and works as a consultant and Art Mediator Trainer for different Education Departments. Thea was co-responisble for the education program of Manifesta 7.

Nora Landkammer, Manifesta 8 Education

Nora Landkammer, Art Educator. Has worked at Documenta 12, Kassel, Kunsthalle Wien and on various cultural projects in public space in Vienna. Currently she is a researcher at the Institute for Art Education (IAE), Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) where she develops investigation-action art education projects.
